Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions
PulseOrion offers auto-renewing subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan's billing cycle.
2. Refund Period
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with PulseOrion within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us for a full refund.
After the 7-day period, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at PulseOrion's discretion. Factors considered include:
- Technical issues that prevented use of the Service
- Billing errors or accidental duplicate charges
- Service unavailability exceeding reasonable expectations
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email legal@pulseorion.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address, order details, and reason for the request
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Via your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store / Google Play Store)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the billing period ends
- No partial refunds for the remainder of the billing period after 7 days
5. Free Trials
If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. The trial will end immediately or at the end of the trial period depending on your platform's policies.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, your subscription may be suspended pending resolution. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
