This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of PulseOrion. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PulseOrion to:
- Provide medical advice: Represent Orion AI outputs as professional medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment
- Emergency reliance: Use the Service in emergency situations or as an emergency response system
- Misrepresent data: Submit false, fabricated, or misleading health information
- Harm minors: Use the Service in ways that violate the rights of minors
- Harassment: Harass, abuse, or harm other users or PulseOrion staff
- Unauthorized access: Attempt to access, probe, or scan systems beyond your authorized scope
- Abuse of AI: Exploit Orion AI for unauthorized purposes including spam, manipulation, or illegal activities
- Data scraping: Use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our permission
- Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, including PulseOrion employees
- Malicious code: Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code through the Service
2. Content Standards
You are responsible for all content you submit. Content must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Contain hate speech, violence, or discriminatory material
- Include unauthorized personal information of others
3. AI Interaction Guidelines
- Orion AI is designed for personal health management — do not use it for commercial diagnosis or clinical decision-making
- AI-generated outputs should be verified with healthcare professionals before action
- Do not attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or extract system prompts from Orion AI
- Do not use Orion AI to generate medical advice for third parties without their explicit consent
4. Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Do not share your account with others
5. Reporting Violations

6. Enforcement
PulseOrion reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, termination, and legal action. We may report violations to law enforcement where required.
